An experienced pharmacist is needed to join the established pharmacy team at Upper Calder Valley PCN. The ideal candidate will work well within a team and have good interpersonal skills as well as being able to work as part of multi-disciplinary team.

Upper Calder Valley PCN consists of two GP practices and have a combined patient list of approx. 35,000 patients. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced pharmacist to join our established pharmacy team. We currently have five pharmacists and three pharmacy technicians working across the two GP practices. Our team work closely together and are highly regarded and integrated team members that are well supported by the wider PCN. The ideal candidate will work well within a team and have good interpersonal skills as well as being able to work as part of multi-disciplinary team.
