WHO WE ARE & WHAT WE DO
[Employer hidden] have been providing fast, reliable pest control services in domestic and commercial situations for 40-years. We are a member of the BPCA and have been assessed to ensure we meet their strict membership criteria. We have 30 professionally trained and qualified pest control technicians operating across the south/south east of England and London boroughs and we’ve recently expanded up into the Midlands. Our busy, dynamic office in Grazeley has 12 staff who support the team by taking inbound calls from prospective customers and making appointments for them.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Answer incoming phone calls from prospective customers
- Accurately qualify prospective customers and provide them with relevant information to book appointments for technicians
- Allocate jobs to technicians and schedule appointments online, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Diary management for all the technicians for future weeks
- Liaising with technicians, dealing with customer queries and general office admin duties. This is an interesting and varied job. Training will be given on-the-job.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent phone etiquette, IT skills, knowledge of using CRM and word
- Used to working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience of nurturing prospective customers to close appointments for new business
WORKING HOURS
| Monday | 9:00am -6:00pm | |
| Tuesday | 8:00am-4:00pm | |
| Wednesday | 12:00pm-7:30pm | |
| Thursday | 11:30am-7:30pm | |
| Friday | 12:00pm-7:30pm | |
| There will be a requirement to work 1 weekend day with a day off in the week. This will be done on a rota basis |
SALARY
Hourly rate of £14 + monthly bonus based on profits + incentive scheme
Salary and bonus pay are payable by bank transfer at the end of each month
