• Cost Analysis: You'll assist customers in determining whether the cost of repairing their device is a cost-effective solution when compared to purchasing a new device or upgrading their current contract.
• Repair Updates: Keep customers informed about the progress of their repairs and maintain comprehensive case notes.
• Stock Management: Track incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
• Outbound Calls: Occasionally, you'll reach out to potential new customers to introduce them to our services.
