What Will You Achieve?
As part of our engineering team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring plant performance and reliability. You’ll work on:
- Planned maintenance and breakdown repairs
- Installation, improvements, and upgrades to plant and services
- Driving performance and continuous improvement initiatives
- Supporting our journey to World Class maintenance standards
What We’re Looking For
Multiskilled engineering experience (mechanical essential, some electrical knowledge)
Ideally from FMCG manufacturing, but open to other sectors
Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
Formal engineering qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
SAP PM experience
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
