We are looking for caring, compassionate, and reliable Care Assistants/Support Workers to join our growing team. You will play a vital role in supporting service users in their homes, helping them to live safely, independently, and with dignity.

We support people with:• Dementia (Adults 18–65 and 65+)• Mental health conditions• Learning disabilities• Autism spectrum disorder• Sensory impairments• Physical disabilities• People with eating disorders or substance misuse issues• People with complex and multiple needsWe are looking for caring, compassionate, and reliable Care Assistants/Support Workers to join our growing team. You will play a vital role in supporting service users in their homes, helping them to live safely, independently, and with dignity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, grooming).
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and the use of aids and equipment.
  • Support with medication administration and record keeping.
  • Prepare and serve meals, ensuring dietary needs are met.
  • Assist with light household tasks and maintain a safe home environment.
  • Monitor and report changes in service users’ health and well-being.
  • Provide companionship, emotional support, and encourage social engagement.
  • Promote independence, dignity, and confidence in daily life.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential:• Right to work in the UK.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Reliable, flexible, and compassionate.• Willingness to undertake training and professional development.• Commitment to ethical and professional standards.Desirable:• Care Certificate, NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care(Required but not essential).• Experience in home care, support work in healthcare settings.• Full UK driving license with access to a vehicle (business insurance required).
