Inspire others as a People Development Trainer

Our PD Trainers play a vital role in creating an amazing start for new team members. You’ll set the standard, share our unique [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] culture, and deliver high-quality foundation training to all new Activity Instructors as they begin their [Employer hidden] journey.

Through hands-on coaching and constructive feedback, you’ll guide new Activity Instructors to understand their role and build confidence before they head to their centre. As a role model and ambassador for [Employer hidden] Beyond, you’ll live our values every day and inspire others to do the same.

You’ll work with the AIGL Training Specialist Lead and wider People Development team to deliver engaging training sessions in a safe and encouraging style. It’s busy work, but never boring and extremely rewarding!

Is this you?

  • You’re confident delivering training sessions - whether that’s face-to-face or online.
  • Comfortable using IT and familiar with MS Office tools like Word, Excel and Teams.
  • Skilled in coaching and mentoring, helping others grow and succeed.
  • A natural leader who can inspire and guide a team.
  • Able to create training that’s engaging, practical and effective.
  • Great at building strong working relationships and collaborating with others.
  • Passionate about spotting opportunities for learning and development.
  • Clear and confident when communicating and presenting ideas.
