The position requires someone who is highly imaginative, detail-orientated, who is able to collaborate with the team and is highly organised. This position would suit those looking to break into the design industry and further develop their skills with drive to move up through the company as we expand and grow in the future.

Responsibilities

To quickly and effectively create and edit high-quality E-Learning videos
Work as part of a team
Collaborate with the team in creative brainstorming
To keep courses up to date with any legislation changes
To be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Perform other duties as assigned

Essentials

Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Strong creative skills
Good eye for detail
High-quality layout and design skills
Ability to represent complex information in a visual and easy to understand way
Informative writing and research abilities
Ability to adapt feedback and criticism into current projects
Proficient in MS Office
To emulate a similar visual style that matches current videos
Effective self-organisation skills
Strong/creative solution finding skills
Great computer literacy

Desirable

Knowledge of E-Learning Software
Ability to publish and review courses in a learning management system (LMS)
Previous experience with creating E-Learning
Familiar with the Adobe suite
Previous work experience or qualifications in a design role/discipline (i.e. Animation, video editing, photography, illustration etc.)
Knowledge of/experience in the health care industry
