Looking for a role where your time, care, and presence truly matter?
At Your Care, we offer a slower, more personal approach to supporting people at home. No rushed visits. No tickbox tasks. Just meaningful, one-on-one support where you get to know the person not just the care plan.

What the Role Involves:
You’ll provide high-quality, reliable care to adults in their own homes by:

  • Offering friendly companionship and meaningful connection
  • Helping with light meals, routines, or medication reminders
  • Providing dignified personal care when needed
  • Supporting clients with errands, appointments, or social time
  • Working across East Bristol, including Hanham, Kingswood, St George, Bitton, Downend and Oldland Common

You’ll be matched with clients based on your experience, personality and approach, so every visit feels right for both you and them.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for experienced carers who are:

  • Carers who have a minimum of 1-years previous experience
  • Compassionate, reliable and professional
  • Confident working independently
  • Committed to providing care that isn’t rushed
  • Car drivers with a full licence
  • Available evenings and/or weekends
  • Women only, due to the personal nature of the role (Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1)

What You’ll Get:

  • £18/hour after 6pm and weekends
  • £16/hour before 6pm
  • Loyalty bonus scheme
  • Minimum of 1 hour per visit, always unhurried
  • Regular, consistent clients
