At Your Care, we believe good care takes time. Since 2014, we’ve offered a slower, more personal approach to supporting people at home. Our Bank Care Specialists help us provide that same high-quality care when regular team members take time off or when clients need extra support.

What the Role Involves
As a Bank Care Specialist, you’ll provide compassionate, reliable care to adults in their own homes by:

• Covering staff sickness, holidays, or short-notice absences
• Supporting clients who need additional or temporary care
• Offering friendly companionship and emotional support
• Helping with daily routines, meals, medication reminders and personal care
• Supporting clients with errands, appointments or social activities
• All visits are a minimum of one hour and take place across parts of Bristol, South Glos and BANES.
• You’ll tell us your availability, and we’ll offer shifts that fit around your schedule. It’s flexible, rewarding work that truly makes a difference.

What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from you if you are:

• A female carer (Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1)
• An experienced carer with at least 1 year of care experience
• Reliable, flexible and professional, with a caring nature
• A car driver with access to your own vehicle
• Confident working independently and stepping into new situations
• Someone who values thoughtful, unhurried care

What You’ll Get

• £16/hour weekdays
• £18/hour after 6pm and on weekends
• Flexible, self-employed work to suit your availability
• Minimum of 1-hour visits – never rushed
