About [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk]

[Employer hidden] is an education company connecting high quality educators with schools and SEND provisions across the UK and Middle East. We are redefining recruitment by offering flexibility, autonomy and high earning potential to consultants who want more than the traditional 9–5.

As part of our national expansion, we are looking for ambitious Recruitment Consultants who are passionate about building relationships, matching great candidates with great clients and driving success through results.

Primary Role

The primary role of an Education Recruitment Consultant is to connect candidates seeking work with clients in need of talent. You will manage the full 360 recruitment cycle from sourcing and interviewing candidates to building and maintaining long-term client relationships.

A Typical Day Includes

  • Interviewing and Screening Candidates: Onboarding new candidates into our app, understanding their experience, and preparing them for the job market.
  • Business Development: Reaching out to potential clients, presenting our services and developing long-term partnerships.
  • Creating Marketing Profiles: Producing professional candidate profiles to highlight top talent.
  • Shortlisting Candidates: Matching high-quality candidates to client vacancies and presenting strong CVs.
  • Outbound Calls: Daily communication with candidates and clients — confidence and clear communication are essential.

Role Involvement

  • 360 Recruitment Cycle: Managing every stage of the recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Candidate Attraction and Retention: Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of educators and ensuring long-term engagement.
  • Business Development: Proactively identifying and contacting new clients to grow business opportunities.
  • Client Visits: Attending meetings with schools and SEND provisions to strengthen relationships and understand staffing needs.
  • Relationship Management: Maintaining and developing relationships with both new and existing clients.

What We Offer

  • 30–50% commission on all placements
  • Recurring income for up to 12 months on long-term roles
  • Bonuses for hitting performance targets
  • Full CRM, branding and training support
  • Work from anywhere – complete flexibility
  • No cap on earnings

Who We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience as an Education Recruitment Consultant or in recruitment/sales (preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven and organised
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Passionate about connecting people and making an impact in education
