Job Description

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking a dynamic and experienced SEN Teacher to join our team in Slough.

As an SEN Teacher, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) in a range of Secondary Schools across the area.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of students with varying needs and abilities, and make a positive impact on their lives. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning and delivering differentiated lessons and have a genuine desire to help students reach their full potential.

As an SEN Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work in a range of settings based on your availability and preferences. The role offers flexibility, with options for either day-to-day general support roles or longer-term subject-specific roles that can range from half a term placement to a full academic year.

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about education and have a proven track record in supporting students with SEND. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with teaching staff, and have experience in managing challenging behaviour.

The pay rate for this role ranges from £80 to £150 per day, depending on experience. All applicants are required to have the appropriate qualifications and training for this role, including valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. [Employer hidden] is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, and undertake safeguarding checks on all workers in accordance with DfE statutory guidance ‘Keeping Children Safe in Education’.

We offer all our registered candidates FREE child protection and prevent duty training, and full assistance is provided to undertake a valid enhanced DBS check. If you are a passionate and committed SEN Teacher with a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of students with SEND, we would love to hear from you.
