Job Description

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking an experienced and dedicated Headteacher to lead a vibrant and diverse Secondary School in London. As the Headteacher, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and ensuring the effective management of the school, in order to provide high-quality education to all students.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in school leadership, a proven track record of achieving excellent academic results, and a strong commitment to developing a positive and inclusive school culture. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to inspire and motivate staff and students, and be able to build strong relationships with parents, governors, and the wider community.

You will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the school, including curriculum development, staff recruitment and retention, student welfare, and financial management. You will work closely with the senior leadership team, governors, and staff to ensure that the school delivers an outstanding education to all students, promotes high standards of teaching and learning, and fosters a positive and inclusive school culture.

The salary range for this position is £80,000 to £110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
