[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking an exceptional and experienced Headteacher to lead a primary school in London. As a Headteacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the school and creating a positive learning environment for all students.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful school leadership, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff and students alike. They will have excellent communication and organisational skills, be able to lead a team of dedicated teachers and support staff, and have a strong commitment to ensuring all students reach their full potential.

Responsibilities include strategic planning, financial management, staff development, curriculum development and student welfare. The successful candidate will be expected to provide vision and leadership, driving the school’s development and raising standards of teaching and learning.

The pay range for this role is £65,000 to £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. All applicants are required to have the appropriate qualifications and training for this role, including valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
