Role Overview:
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative organisation in the fintech sector. You’ll play a pivotal role in managing people, delivering high-value partnerships, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring revenue growth.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of high-value partners, driving profitability and exceeding revenue targets. Develop and implement strategic plans for growth and optimisation.
- Foster strong relationships with strategic partners at executive level. Conduct regular check-ins to maintain and enhance partner engagement.
- Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Implement initiatives to optimise partner outcomes.
- Work with your team across sales, product, data, tech, and compliance to ensure smooth execution of partner initiatives and aligned objectives.
- Collaborate with tech, UX, CRM, and data teams to deliver customised experiences that align with partner and company goals.
- Explore and lead new initiatives to engage partners and unlock growth opportunities.
- Utilise data insights to make informed decisions, develop reports, and track partner performance effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in managing high level strategic accounts/partnerships.
- Demonstrated ability of developing deep rooted account/partner relationships.
- Experience of working at leadership level in the financial services or fintech sectors.
- Ability to use data to drive decisions to inspire and optimise performance of your team.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
- Track record of consistently achieving targets and maintaining a positive, proactive attitude under pressure.
- Based UK North West and willing to work with colleagues and customers 2-3 days per week in Manchester.
