  • Government Events: Specialists in delivering exceptional, information-led public sector conferences and events that keep our customers at the forefront of Government policy. We delivered over 200 online virtual conferences in 2020/ 2021 and have been recognised for our award winning 2020 online conference programmes.
  • MyPD: Provides Level 5 and Level 7 CMI accredited leadership development programmes primarily to the private sector in the UK, through blended learning and training programmes. These courses alternate between online and in person courses at venues in London. Course durations vary between 3 and 5 days.
  • GovPD: Provides online, in-person, in-house and on-demand training courses primarily to the public sector to develop careers and drive organisational change. We deliver over 190 online training courses, over 30 bespoke in-house training programmes and offer online on-demand training to support continued learning after attending a course.
  • GE Insights: Online resource to help professionals develop better public services. It is a hub of unique case study-led videos, articles, interviews and more which are all CPD certified.

We are looking for new talent across our offices in London and Manchester, but for this role we are specifically recruiting into our London office and into the MyPD brand.

About the role

MyPD seeks an experienced Training Course Producer to research, prepare and produce executive training programmes for the public, private and third sector markets in the UK.

*The primary responsibilities of the Training Course Producer include:*

  • Conduct in-depth research and build knowledge for new training topics and markets to target
  • Produce insightful sector-leading training courses
  • Design a curriculum for existing and new training offerings
  • Recruit and liaise with high-calibre trainers and speakers for our training programmes; deal with contracts and trainer arrangements
  • Meet product generation and launch targets
  • Create compelling content for our social media accounts and newsletters
  • Liaise with the Chartered Management Institute on assignments for courses offering qualification

Desired skills and experience

As a new business, we have ambitious growth targets and as a result seek an energetic and driven individual who can research, write, and produce executive training programmes, develop and maintain good relationships with our trainers, and provide excellent customer service to our clients:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in History, English, Business Administration, or a related topic
  • Experience in designing and producing training programmes and recruiting expert trainers
  • Understanding different learning styles
  • Understanding of executive training and private sector training market
  • Understanding modern leadership styles and leadership development
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Excellent organisational, logistical, and time-management skills
  • Strong research background – be able to digest and break-down complex information
  • Analytical skills
  • A positive, proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a passion for learning & development
