What you'll be doing

As Bank Support Worker, you will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents.
- Through own professional behaviour, including adhering to policies and procedures, contributes to the maintenance of safety, security and confidentiality standards.
- To undertake key working responsibility for individual service users, supporting the individual to plan goals and personal outcomes and ensure that these are comprehensively documented and reviewed. Innovation

What you'll bring to the role

Strong communication skills are essential to effectively liaise with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals. Additionally, the ability to remain calm in emergency situations and accurately follow care plans is crucial to ensure the safety and well-being of those you support.
