Mortgage Completions Officer
Fareham, Hampshire – Full Time - £22,500 starting salary plus bonus (with a career pathway that will take you to £24k + bonus over time)
Role responsibilities
- Updating clients on the progress of their transaction
- Communicating with lenders
- Communicating with solicitors/conveyancers
- Ensuring that all cases are progressing smoothly by following up outstanding documents/information with all parties
- Regularly chasing lenders and solicitors
- Regularly updating clients
- Maintaining internal records & looking after sensitive data

About the position
[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] are recruiting for a Mortgage Completions Officer to join a vibrant and expanding Mortgage Intermediary Company.
The Mortgage Completions Officer’s primary role will be to help guide the clients mortgage application smoothly through from the point of a mortgage offer to its completion; liaising with clients, lenders, and solicitors to co-ordinate the provision of documents and information required.
They will be available and on hand to help mortgage advisors with transactions, to provide product knowledge and administrative assistance.
The lucky applicant will be highly motivated and driven with excellent communication skills and strong values.
