FULL DESCRIPTION
Recruitment Consultant
Fareham, Hampshire - Full Time - £23k plus commission
Role Responsibilities
- Sourcing suitable candidates using our in-house database and other recruitment tools
- Headhunting – identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work
- Building and developing positive relationships with both candidates and clients
- Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews, and creating a shortlist of candidates
- Briefing candidates about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job in question
- Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed
- Supporting the review of recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes

About The Position
