Role responsibilities

* Contact existing customers to retain their custom * Proactively following up leads and ensure that targets and KPI’s are met * Answer questions about products or the company * Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales * Enter and update customer information in the database * Take and process orders in an accurate manner * Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales * Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time

Your Recruitment People are looking for a Senior Sales Advisor to join a telecoms company based near Fareham. The successful candidate will ideally have 2 years’ experience in a telephone-based role. You will be responsible for contacting existing customers to renew their contracts and sell the additional products and services the company offer.
