Training Executive

Fareham, Hampshire - Full Time - £21,000

Role Responsibilities

* Preparing for the arrival, onboarding and supporting new starters * Completing lender registrations * Introducing new Advisors to our CRM and teaching the Fact find to booking process * Creating and delivering training presentations on our in-house compliance and FCA regulations * Conducting roleplay calls to get Advisors prepared for live calls * Teaching Advisors our dialling system and our expectations on lead management * Conducting regular call/file auditing and delivering feedback * Attending regular buzz sessions, keeping on top of ever-changing market information and trends * Liaising with the Sales Director for ongoing development of the training delivered to Advisors

About The Position
