Role responsibilities
- Calling clients that we have previously dealt with (no cold calling)
- Generate an interest in the solutions and services of the company
- Handling customer objections and qualifying customer needs
- Cross selling and helping to generate interest in other products available
- Speaking with customers in a friendly, compliant, and professional manner
- Engaging and building a rapport with customers
