About the position

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] are hiring for a Trainee Protection Advisor to join an office based near Fareham.

We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual with a genuine desire to succeed. While previous experience in the financial services industry is beneficial, it’s not essential — full training is provided. What matters most is your motivation, resilience and hunger to develop a long term career.

You’ll begin with a base salary of £25,000 plus Uncapped Commission with an OTE of £55,000.

As you develop and progress into a Life Insurance Advisor role, your base salary will increase to £27,000, with the opportunity to rise to £30,000 within six to twelve months, with £33,000 on offer for those that make a ‘senior’ grade. All depending on performance. All roles offer uncapped commission
