Relationship Manager – Trainee Mortgage Advisor
Whiteley, Hampshire – Full Time - Up to £24,000+ commission (OTE up to £30k)
Role responsibilities
- Handle warm calls generated from online inquiries and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction
- Schedule and coordinate appointments for advisors, ensuring efficient time management and client engagement
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including updating client records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies
