FULL DESCRIPTION
Account Manager
Portsmouth, Hampshire - Full Time - £22.5k plus commisson (OTE £35k)
Role responsibilities
- Create and maintain client accounts and relationships
- Effectively service, retain or remove customer accounts
- Consult existing customers on how they can upgrade their package and better their results
- Generate reports for the business and customers
- Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly status, and results presentations to internal/external teams
- Evaluate customer account performance and implement solutions where necessary
- Assist in the training and support of Juniors within the team
