FULL DESCRIPTION

Experienced Secured Loan Processor

Fareham, Hampshire – Full Time - £29,876 + £1k post probation

Role responsibilities

Collaborate closely with the mortgage and secure loans advisors to process secured loan applications, including completing online affordability assessments, AIPs, and full submissions to a panel of lenders.

Conduct online identification and verification checks to meet regulatory standards.

Generate compliant documentation in line with current FCA and internal regulatory requirements.

Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely case notes and records for all stakeholders throughout the loan process.

Review secured loan offer documents to ensure all information is accurate and complete prior to client sign off.

Communicate with clients primarily via email, addressing any questions, concerns, or objections with professionalism and empathy.

Deliver consistently high levels of customer service through clear, friendly, and compliant interactions.

Support case progression by liaising with lenders, brokers and third party providers to ensure smooth transaction flow.
