FULL DESCRIPTION
The role of a café assistant manager involves a combination of managerial and operational responsibilities to ensure the efficient and successful operation of the café.
You’ll lead by example – rolling up your sleeves and getting the job done, encouraging everyone else to give that little bit more. This role requires involvement in cooking as well to assist the kitchen staff during peak periods. Alongside the café manager, you will assist in stock inventory once a month.
Having a Food Hygiene Certificate is desirable for this role.
