Are you a natural leader with a passion for food and people? We are looking for a Deputy Catering Area Manager to help run the hospitality side of the organisation!

You will be supporting our Catering Area Manger in overseeing the operation and the growth of our catering brands in our portfolio of 21 in-store cafés. We operate 3 café brands across 21 sites, offering quality, value for money, homecooked meals and snacks using fresh, seasonal and local produce.

Job Description:

Your main duties will include overseeing operations of selected cafés, assisting with new and existing projects, following health and safety procedures, supporting café managers, carrying out safety audits, training employees, administration duties, café setups, covering for chefs and front of house, liaising with suppliers, recruitment, and HR issues.

Qualifications/Skills Desired:

Catering Management Experience

Minimum of Level 3 Food Safety Certificate (within the last 3 years)

Willingness to Travel and Stay Overnight when Required

Driving Licence
