The Online Marketing Manager, will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and boost customer acquisition and retention. This is a hands-on role that requires strategic thinking, creative flair, and data-driven decision-making.

The Online Marketing Manager, will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our digital marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and boost customer acquisition and retention. This is a hands-on role that requires strategic thinking, creative flair, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • ·        Define and execute a comprehensive online marketing strategy aligned with company goals, including acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  • ·        Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • ·        Design and manage email campaigns for lead nurturing, customer engagement, and retention.
  • ·        Develop and schedule engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. Monitor engagement and grow our online community.
  • ·        Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring spend aligns with performance targets. Monitor cost-effectiveness and scale what works.
  • ·        Stay informed on digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and competitor activities to keep campaigns fresh and competitive.
  • ·        Work cross-functionally with sales, design, content, and product teams.

Skill & Experience

  • ·        Bachelor/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • ·        2 years’ experience within online marketing
  • ·        Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • ·        Strong business acumen
  • ·        Ability to work independently
