About This Opportunity

My client is seeking a highly experienced and technically skilled Head of Practice to lead their infrastructure practice, with a focus on asset management and transformation. As a seasoned professional with a strong technical background, you will be responsible for the professional development and people management of the practice resource, ensuring optimum levels of skill and capability to deliver exceptional client solutions.

You will have extensive experience in infrastructure, with a strong technical knowledge of relevant areas such as transportation, energy, or water. You will be a credible and authentic leader, with a proven track record of developing and leading high-performing teams, both remotely and in person.

In particular, you will have experience in:

• Developing and delivering asset management and transformation strategies that drive business outcomes
• Leading the development of business cases and investment plans for asset management and transformation projects
• Collaborating with clients to develop and implement asset management and transformation solutions that meet their needs
• Identifying and mitigating risks associated with asset management and transformation projects
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers
