Senior Hardware Engineer

Location: Aviemore, Scottish Highlands (on-site, 5 days/week) **Eligibility:**Must have the right to work in the UK

Based in the heart of the Highlands, you’ll be hands-on across the full product lifecycle—from design and prototyping to validation and handover to production. You’ll also mentor graduate engineers and help shape the future of our hardware development team.

What you’ll bring:

  • A degree in Electronic/Electrical Engineering (or a closely related field)
  • Strong experience in hardware product development, circuit design and schematic capture
  • Proven experience in taking designs from prototype through to manufacture.
  • Proven experience of PCB layout principles and strong debugging and fault-finding abilities
  • Proficiency with PCB layout tools
  • Experience in mentoring/developing others
  • A proactive, organised mindset and a passion for innovation
  • (Bonus) Python, FPGA, or compliance testing experience

This is a full-time, on-site role in Aviemore—relocation or daily commute required.
