About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate [Employer hidden] expert to join our Direct to Consumer team in Manchester. Based in our vibrant, state-of-the-art hub, you will be the go-to expert for everything [Employer hidden]. Whether you are in our showroom, hosting pop-up events, engaging with customers via web chat, or using video platforms, your role will be to showcase the benefits and features of [Employer hidden] taps and turn curious customers into lifelong fans.

The successful candidate will possess the ability to connect with customers across various channels, ensuring exceptional service and helping to drive sales targets. Job Responsibilities and Skills

• Achieve weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets while maintaining an authentic and fun approach
• Conduct engaging product demos that effectively showcase the magic of [Employer hidden] taps
• Connect with potential customers through pop-ups, web chats, Zoom calls, emails, and more
• Provide top-notch service, ensuring customer satisfaction from start to finish
• Prepare and present sales proposals and complete order forms for processing

• Demonstrate a positive, passionate, and motivated outlook, contributing to team success
• Support your colleagues and managers, sharing ideas and embracing change in a dynamic environment
• Complete regular sales reports to track performance and identify areas for growth
