We’re recruiting Support Workers to join our dedicated team providing care and support to children aged 8–17 with emotional, behavioural, or complex needs. This is more than a job – it’s a chance to make a lasting difference. Responsibilities
- Support children with daily routines, activities, education, and emotional wellbeing.
- Promote independence and positive relationships.
- Help manage challenging behaviour using training and guidance.
- Keep accurate records and report concerns appropriately.
- Work as part of a team, supporting each other and the children.
Qualifications
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete).
- Previous experience in childcare or youth support is desirable.
- Reliable, resilient, and able to work shifts including weekends/sleep-ins.
- Enhanced DBS check required.
