What are we looking for?

We are looking for:

• Great communication skills
• High energy and drive
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn about the sectors we operate in
• 2:1 or higher degree qualification

What will you be doing?

Working with an assigned mentor for your first 12 months, you will be responsible for generating new business, sourcing, screening and placing candidates into roles with our clients.

The programme will give you all the skills you need to be successful delivered through:

• A comprehensive induction to help you get to know us
• Study for a Cert RP qualification, covering all aspects of best-practise and ethical recruitment
• One to one coaching
• External training and workshops

What will you get?

• Basic salary of £21,000 to £23,000 ( with OTE up to £30k in year 1)
