We are looking for candidates to start as a Support Worker to join our friendly team working in our Supported living home in Coventry. This particular location is for supportive living accommodation for young adults and adults with disabilities, complex needs mental health disorders and / or challenging behaviour. Duties expected from our staff will include cooking, cleaning, driving, personal care giving, report writing, dealing with challenging behaviours.

We are looking for candidates to start as a Support Worker to join our friendly team working in our Supported living home in Coventry.
The Role:
This particular location is for supportive living accommodation for young adults and adults with disabilities, complex needs mental health disorders and / or challenging behaviour. There is life skills and daily activities available to the service users so as to encourage social integration and develop self – reliance and life skills. It is important to ensure you encourage and support the service users to enable independence and confidence in every life. You will give support to vulnerable adults with their everyday living and promote their independence, to give the best quality of life within their agreed care package. Duties expected from our staff will include cooking, cleaning, driving, personal care giving, report writing, dealing with challenging behaviours.
Requirements:
Experience preferred working within the care section at least one year Supportive Caring and enthusiastic approach with experience in a care setting dealing with learning disabilities complex needs, mental health disorders and/or challenging behaviour. Kind caring and hardworking attitude Compassionate and empathic
