Health Care Assistant
We are seeking caring, reliable, and hardworking Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join our growing team, supporting service users in care homes across the Hampshire area.
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents, assisting with daily living tasks, supporting independence, and ensuring dignity and comfort at all times. This role is ideal for someone with a compassionate nature, flexibility, and a genuine desire to make a difference in people’s lives.

Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in a care or healthcare role (residential, nursing home, or domiciliary care) is preferred but not essential – full training will be provided.
- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) is desirable.
- Knowledge of safeguarding, infection control, and health & safety practices is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred (Training Provided if Needed):
- Care Certificate
- First Aid & CPR certification
- Manual Handling Certificate
- Experience in dementia care, physical disabilities, or palliative care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
