Are you a building safety expert with a knack for compliance, coordination, and making sure things *don’t* fall apart? Then you might just be the hero we need!
We’re looking for a Building Safety Consultant to join our client on their venture to ensure projects run smoothly while keeping duty holders on the straight and narrow (because cutting corners is so last season).
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows CDM 2015 and Building Safety Act 2022 like the back of their hand, and can juggle compliance matters with the grace of a seasoned pro.
🔎 Who we’re looking for:
- Registered Building Inspectors (masters of structural integrity)
- Experienced CDM Consultants (the ones who actually read the regulations)
- Principal Designers (Building Regulations) (because rules were made to be followed)
- Architects & Architectural Technologists (design wizards with a love for safety)
📜 Bonus points if you have: ✔ Professional accreditation with CABE, CMaPS, or CIOB ✔ Unshakeable knowledge of the Building Safety Act 2022 & CDM 2015 Regulations ✔ Stellar communication & project management skills ✔ A proactive, solution-focused mindset (no “winging it” allowed)
