Are you a project management pro who thrives on variety, autonomy, and the occasional adrenaline rush of a £10m deadline?
We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Project Manager to join a leading international real estate consultancy that’s growing fast—and doing things a little differently. After another brilliant year, we’re expanding our development and project management team in Leeds and need someone who’s ready to lead from the front.
You’ll be given a healthy pipeline of exciting cross-sector projects (think industrial, retail, commercial, residential) ranging from £10k to £10m. You’ll also have the freedom to build and lead a new specialist PM team, with support from our wider northern region crew when you need it.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering end-to-end project management across multiple sectors - Taking full client briefs and turning them into results - Leading junior PMs and growing a new team - Building relationships and winning new business - Managing design and construction stages with confidence - Collaborating with senior leaders across the business - Supporting team growth—professionally and socially
🎯 What You’ll Bring
- MAPM, PRINCE2, MRICS or similar qualifications - Proven experience managing projects up to £10m+ - Strong communication and stakeholder skills - A detail-driven, process-loving mindset - The ability to work independently and lead with confidence
