We’re looking for an Associate Director Project Manager to take the reins within a thriving York office and drive delivery on major schemes—from NHS and education developments to affordable housing and commercial builds.
You'll be leading from the front:
- Managing Assistant and Consultant-level team members
- Steering high-profile projects through all phases
- Building client relationships and growing business opportunities
- Collaborating on everything from £10k refurbishments to multi-million-pound schemes
We're after someone with solid experience in:
- Local Government and Public Sector delivery
- Education and Health (NHS/P22 experience a bonus!)
- Commercial and housing developments
- BIM know-how would be the cherry on top
- MRICS accreditation is great—but attitude, leadership and real project delivery skills matter more.
