### What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles to the highest standards
- Diagnosing and resolving issues, including non-routine defects, in the workshop and during road tests
- Continuously developing your technical knowledge and staying up to date with brand standards
- Using workshop facilities and processes to maximise productivity
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to full customer satisfaction
- Supporting high performance and best practice within the workshop
- Taking part in regular training to further enhance your skills and knowledge
### What We’re Looking For
- A full manual UK driving licence (maximum of 6 points)
- Level 3 City & Guilds or NVQ in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Previous main dealer workshop experience preferred but not essential
### Key Information
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays (paid at 1.5x overtime)
- Salary: Up to £40,000 OTE depending on experience
