About the Role:

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and high service standards.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team to deliver outstanding performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and enhance profitability.
  • Manage inventory, budgets, and financial performance, ensuring cost control and efficiency.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity and teamwork.

About You:

  • Proven experience as an Assistant/Deputy/General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of bar and restaurant operations, including food and beverage management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
