FULL DESCRIPTION

The industrial cleaning operative is responsible for the smooth running of industrial cleaning activities on customer sites and at [Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Group premises, always taking instruction from the Industrial cleaning supervisor. Read and understand job specific method statements, risk assessments & COSHH assessments. Responsible for control of their own PPE and method of work according to the RAMS. First Aider duties (if accredited).

Key Responsibilities

  • Comply with confined space procedures, use of high-pressure water jetting equipment and other industrial site service requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with specific H&S regulations and any site-specific requirements.
  • Keep up regular near miss reporting.
  • Responsible for cleanliness and maintenance of plant and equipment, including vehicles.
  • Ensure site/customer requirements have been satisfied and jobs are completed to full scope.
  • Liaison with customers and site contacts as and when required.
  • Keep up good communication with line manager.

Essential Qualifications & Experience What You’ll Bring

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Experience of industrial cleaning activities on customers sites.
  • Working at Height

  • Ability to multitask
