Duties & Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate UC solutions into newly acquired businesses, ensuring alignment with [Employer hidden]’s standards and objectives.
  • Analyze and assess existing UC infrastructure and processes within acquisitions to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Serve as the UC expert, ensuring a superior experience for customers transitioning to or adopting our solutions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for UC-related queries and provide tailored solutions to address customer challenges.
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow [Employer hidden]’s UC customer base, leveraging both existing and new business opportunities.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the current customer portfolio and new acquisitions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise and drive adoption of UC solutions.
  • Stay ahead of trends in Unified Communications and related technologies to position [Employer hidden] as an industry leader.
  • Recommend and implement innovative UC solutions to enhance our offering and keep pace with market demands.
  • Educate internal teams and new acquisitions on [Employer hidden]’s UC solutions, capabilities, and value propositions.
  • Provide guidance and support to ensure smooth adoption of UC technologies across the organization.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to UC adoption, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
  • Provide insights and feedback to influence decision-making and strategy.

Skills and Experience required as a Unified Communications (UC) Growth Specialist

  • Proven experience in Unified Communications or a related field, preferably within the technology or Managed Service Provider industry.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and driving growth in UC portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of UC technologies, platforms, and trends.
  • In-depth knowledge of VoIP, telephony systems, video conferencing, collaboration tools, and other UC solutions.
  • Proficiency in integrating UC systems across different business environments.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal teams, acquired businesses, and customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying growth opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with acquisition processes and the challenges of integrating technical systems.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
