FULL DESCRIPTION

Regal Care is seeking passionate and experienced Healthcare Assistants to join their teams across the UK. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional resident care, assisting with daily living activities, communicating with residents and families, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring safety. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK and a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a care setting. NVQ in Health & Social Care is desired.

Role requirements

Deliver exceptional resident care: In accordance with current best practices, ensuring resident comfort, dignity, and well-being according to care plans, according to policy and procedures, agreed standards, legislative requirements and relevant regulations, under the management of the Manager.

Assist with daily living activities: Including meals, personal care, medication, cleaning, assisting to get dressed including bathing and social interaction.

Communicating and collaborating: Liaise with residents, families, and stakeholders, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.

Maintaining accurate resident records.

Safety first: Ensure the safety and security of residents and staff.

A team player who thrives in collaboration and manages multiple priorities.

Must be an organised individual with a strong attention to detail.

Problem-solving skills with critical thinking and sound decision-making skills.

Qualifications

Qualified and experienced Carer with a minimum of 2+ years in a care setting.

NVQ in Health & Social Care is desired, comprehensive training and support is provided.
