Job Description

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 15.00 – 18.00 *(although times can vary.)*Location:Newport, South Wales Rate of Pay:£12.77 hourly

Duration:  Unknown – initially covering absence, but reliable, hardworking candidates will always be considered for ongoing work when available.

Essential:  You must have an EDBS certificate due to working around children. Ideally your EDBS Check would have been issued in the last 12 months or on the update service. You will be required to provide a copy of a valid EDBS before commencing.

Duties: Responsible for the maintenance and security of the school. Responsible for opening and locking up the school, as required. Assisting with setting up facilities such as chairs and tables. Basic indoor and outdoor maintenance.  Litter-picking / recycling. Previous experience is desirable but not essential. Having your own transport is an advantage but not essential.
