This role is pivotal in driving unit sales, managing client relationships and ensuring alignment between sales, marketing and development teams to maximise revenue and customer satisfaction (via Net Promoter Score).

[Employer hidden] is looking for an experienced Residential Sales Manager to input and execute sales strategy across the residential development projects, currently focused on, but not limited to, Brent Cross Town. This role is pivotal in driving unit sales, managing client relationships and ensuring alignment between sales, marketing and development teams to maximise revenue and customer satisfaction (via Net Promoter Score).

What you will deliver

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Input into and implement targeted sales plans, ensuring timely unit uptake and revenue targets are met.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, investors, and agents to enhance brand reputation and conversion rates.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate the sales team (example: Savills and local agents), setting performance goals and providing coaching to achieve targets.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather and analyse market feedback to inform pricing strategies, product positioning, and future development planning.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, development, and finance teams to ensure cohesive project delivery and delivery of promotional campaigns within approved budgets.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and forecast future sales trends to support strategic decision-making.

Skills and attributes you will bring

  • Proven track record in residential property sales, within London new homes.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to lead teams and manage performance
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of the London property market
  • CRM and sales analytics proficiency
