Job Responsibilities

Main Job responsibilities will include:

• Identify and diagnose hardware and software issues in computers and mobile devices.
• Perform physical repairs, including fixing or replacing components like screens, batteries, and motherboards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software-related problems, such as operating system errors and software conflicts.
• Safeguard and recover user data during repairs to prevent data loss.
• Provide advice on hardware and software upgrades and customization options.
• Interact with customers to understand issues, provide cost estimates, and explain the repair process.
• Maintain detailed records of repairs, components replaced, and customer information for billing and warranty purposes.
• Manage and replenish spare parts and components needed for repairs.
• Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and perform thorough testing before returning devices to customers.

Main Job responsibilities will include:

• Proven practical experience in repairing computers and mobile devices, gained through training, internships, or previous work.
• Proven ability to solve technical issues and adapt to new technologies.
• Strong understanding of computer and mobile hardware and software.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
• Proficiency in soldering and electronic component replacement.

Working Hours:

• 37.5 Hours / Week
• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: £26,500.00-£27,500.00 per year
