    Duties and Responsibilities​

    • Lead the development and implementation of architectural projects, including design at all stages
    • Collaborate with partners and senior team to prepare, issue and manage compliance plans to align project goals includingbudget, deliverables and schedule
    • Develop project budgets and schedules and track progress to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
    • Coordinate and liaise with contractors, vendors, clients and other stakeholders
    • Ensure that all work complies with relevant codes, standards and regulations
    • Develop and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications and contracts
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and deadlines

    Skills, qualifications, and experience required for the role​

    • Minimum of 3 years, post qualification, professional experience in architecture (UK or International)
    • Proficient in Revit (essential), AutoCAD, Rhino, 3ds Max, Photoshop, and InDesign • have excellent creative design capabilities demonstrated by a portfolio
    • Have excellent graphic, communication and organizational skills
    • Demonstrate experience in all stages of design and construction
    • Have good interpersonal skills and a willingness to collaborate with, lead and support your design team
    • Be proactive and work efficiently and systematically with the design team within an energetic and fast-paced environment to meet project demands
    • Be fluent in written and spoken English
