Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of architectural projects, including design at all stages
- Collaborate with partners and senior team to prepare, issue and manage compliance plans to align project goals includingbudget, deliverables and schedule
- Develop project budgets and schedules and track progress to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate and liaise with contractors, vendors, clients and other stakeholders
- Ensure that all work complies with relevant codes, standards and regulations
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications and contracts
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and deadlines
Skills, qualifications, and experience required for the role
- Minimum of 3 years, post qualification, professional experience in architecture (UK or International)
- Proficient in Revit (essential), AutoCAD, Rhino, 3ds Max, Photoshop, and InDesign • have excellent creative design capabilities demonstrated by a portfolio
- Have excellent graphic, communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrate experience in all stages of design and construction
- Have good interpersonal skills and a willingness to collaborate with, lead and support your design team
- Be proactive and work efficiently and systematically with the design team within an energetic and fast-paced environment to meet project demands
- Be fluent in written and spoken English
