[Employer hidden] is a leading recruiting agency that provides high-quality and reliable staff to various care homes across the UK. We are looking for agency Support Worker/Care Assistant who can work part time shifts (Long day/Night/Rotating).

As an agency Support Worker/Care Assistant, you will be responsible for

  • • Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the individual care needs of residents
  • • Administering medication and treatments in accordance with NMC guidelines and care home policies
  • • Supervising and mentoring care staff and ensuring high standards of care delivery
  • • Communicating effectively with residents, relatives, colleagues and other health professionals
  • • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
  • • Adhering to the agency’s policies and procedures, including compliance, safeguarding, health and safety, etc.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • • A minimum of 6 months of experience as a care assistant, preferably in a care home setting
  • • A passion for providing person-centred care and enhancing the quality of life of residents
  • • A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work shifts, including nights and weekends, as per the agency’s rota
  • • A positive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement
  • • A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one
