We are now seeking a detail-driven, highly proficient Administrator who can hit the ground running and support our growing team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • • Maintain and update project records and documentation.
  • • Liaise with site teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • • Handle client calls and assist with project communications.
  • • Provide general administrative support across multiple workstreams.
  • • Support procurement and supplier relationships, including obtaining prices for quotes, ordering parts, materials, or contracted services.
  • • Administration and management of compliance records and documentation.
  • • Prioritise and manage a wide variety of daily demands while remaining calm, professional, and organised.

About You

We are looking for someone who thrives in a busy, varied role and brings strong organisational and communication skills.

  • • 2-3 years previous experience in a similar administration role within a technical, professional team.
  • • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Teams.
  • • Experience in the building services, housing, construction, or project management sectors (preferred but not essential).
  • • Excellent planning and organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • • A confident communicator who can build positive relationships with internal and external teams.
  • • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
