Stock Integrity Operative role in Low Moor, ensuring accurate stock control, PI counts and continuous improvement in our warehouse. Join Orean’s ambitious logistics team today.
The Responsibilities.
- Conduct physical stock counts, ensuring all bin locations are checked 4 times per year. - Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and provide feedback results to the Warehouse Team Leaders and Head of Warehousing & Logistics. - Identify and work collaboratively with colleagues to make continuous improvements to stock holding procedures. - Work with Warehouse Team Leaders, QC and Customer Service to manage varying stock versions. - To follow and embed the core company values – Collaboration, Ambition, Expertise, Agility & Integrity. - Any other duties as required by Warehouse Team Leader
Experience & Skills:
Qualifications & Skills - Minimum of 2-year Warehouse Operative Experience. - Counter Balance and Pivot Steer License. - A good level of education, minimum, Maths and English GCSE (A-C or equivalent). - Experience with Warehouse processes. - Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
